1. If your PKRCasino account balance is below $20, you must withdraw the full account balance if you want to make a withdrawal. If your PKRCasino account balance is over $20, the minimum withdrawal amount is $20.
2. We are unable to refund any MasterCard, as per restrictions imposed on us by the MasterCard card scheme.
3. We are unable to refund Visa Cards issued in Australia, as per restrictions imposed on us by Visa International.
4. We will charge $1 for withdrawals of less than $50.
5. We can only transfer money from your PKRCasino account to a card or e-wallet account which has previously been used to make a payment into your PKRCasino account.
6. Occasionally, your authorization or certain documents will be required before withdrawals are processed. We may also ask that you sign a list of the deposits you have previously made to your PKRCasino account.
7. If you are requesting more than $5,000 USD or currency equivalent your transaction may be split into several transactions.
8. Wherever possible we will refund with priority any deposit methods which you have previously used.
9. Your transaction may be split into several transactions if one of your cards or e-wallet accounts shows positive net deposits which we need to refund with priority.
10. We reserve the right to request proof of identity and card ownership prior to repayment of any sum of money where a credit/debit card transaction has been involved, or when required by our licensor, the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.
11. We are currently unable to process any cheques to France. French customers are required to withdraw by one of these methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Neteller or Click2Pay.
12. Cash will not be paid to customers under any circumstances.
13. You can now have your withdrawals refunded to your Switch/Maestro card instead of having to wait for a cheque, due to recent changes we have made. However, if you haven't made a deposit with your card since the 25th April 07, this option will not be available to you. But all you need to do to activate the service is make a minimum deposit of $20 which can then be refunded immediately if you wish.
14. We are unable to send cheques to P.O. Box addresses. If you have registered a P.O. Box address to your PKRCasino account we will ask you for an alternative address.
